We hope you love your products! However, if something isn’t working out, please contact our customer service team at info@allgolden.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your name and order number in the subject line.
A member of our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps. Please note that shipping costs, including any applicable taxes, are not refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancelations:
We understand that you may wish to cancel your order. However, due to our fast processing times, cancellations are rarely possible once an order has been placed. You're welcome to contact our customer service team at info@allgolden.com, but please note that cancellation is not guaranteed. If we are able to process your request, a $20 restocking fee will apply.
